Above is a tri-level home in Mission Viejo built in 1971.

This project consisted of a design/build extension-addition of the home extending the entire front of the house to create more living space. The “after” picture to the right is the remodeled home where we added on 825 square foot to a 2926 sq. ft. Mission Viejo floor plan in Augean Hills. Within the addition, we were able to create a huge master bed/bath suite, increase the size of the living room, move the stairway, increase the size of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Michael Coté created this design/build where we opened-up the entire downstairs with a new entry way, state-of-the-art kitchen, living room and the game room area, all with an open-air feeling.
