With experience in commercial, residential, condominium associations, and property management companies such as Merit, Keystone Pacific, CB Richard Ellis, The Irvine Company and several others, I have consulted on many projects over the years and worked on several large scale projects which have included water intrusion, faulty construction situations and an unlimited array of construction issues. I have seen it all and know the proper channels to find a solution to any arising issues. I charge a minimal hourly fee and given an opportunity, I will give you an estimated total cost per consulting situation.
